Thanks for stopping by. I am a  theatre actress residing in NYC known for my positive energy, comedic skills and ability to create unique and charismatic characters.

I'm originally from Northern California and a graduate of  the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts.

I interned at the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre where I studied and covered some of the most brilliant actresses I've ever had the pleasure to see on stage. This lead me to performing with theatre companies all over the country- including a lovely two year stretch at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fl.

I now proudly live in New York City and when I'm not doing a contract at a regional theatre I am singing and serving at Ellen's Stardust Diner in Times Square.

2020 has been a year, am I right?

My partner, RJ ( mrjctheactor.com ), and I have been amongst the actors who stayed during this covid time in New York. We have been developing a new craft of voiceover(I'm even learning how to edit). RJ and I created a sound studio in our bedroom closet (the only closet in our 280 square feet). It's tiny but we wouldn't trade our tiny Harlem Apartment for the world.

I also have acquired a new Instagram page highlighting MRJCat Art (my and RJ's art brand) and our funky New York apartment with our fabulous cat, Cattie Lupone.

 Spring 2018

I had a ball playing Rosie in Mamma Mia at Sierra Repertory Theatre.  What a gift to be back in the mountains of California. Wonderful cast. I will always cherish my Dynamos.

Winter 2017

During the holiday season I had the opportunity to play a dream role: Miss Hannigan in the classic musical Annie at Berkeley Playhouse, my partner, RJ, played Warbucks.  Everything about it was magical; the cast, the design, the director, the artistic director and the theatre designed by the great Julia Morgan.  I can't wait for the chance to play her again... and RJ and I are sweet Hannigan / Warbucks package.

Summer 2017

I worked at Sierra Repertory Theatre in beautiful Sonora, Ca in the hilarious comedy "The Great American Trailer Park Musical".  I played the role of Jeannie, an agoraphobic house-wife with the heart of gold.

Spring 2017

I originated the role of Peggy Breen in the world premiere of "The Donner Party: A Musical Drama".  This beautiful new musical by Rockwell and Rose is an honest telling of the harrowing travels of pioneers who faced unspeakable trials when trapped in the high Sierra Nevada in the winter of 1846 to 1847. Learn more about this gem here...

I also made my debut with Sacramento Theatre Company with a cabaret featuring Broadway's best love songs.
